Hmmm... twice the price because of delivery. That's a point. When you rang, did they mention anything about adding money for delivery charges? The guy called me back when I left a voicemail and gave me the paypal details to send the money across, but I just sent £9.98 (for 2) without thinking about delivery as he didn't mention it.

Have you had any response from them about it yet?

Well my PS4 chat cable arrived, that was fast delivery!

Thought these would be hard to get, ordered a PS4/NFS Bundle on Shopto yesterday and dispatched this afternoon! My sister asked me to pick one up for her fella.

They confirmed £4.99 was with delivery when I called. Yeah I ordered yesterday!

btw add me peeps got bf4 and getting killzone this week like to try some online gaming even tho I'm a noob :(
 
Got my PS4 today and did the update & signed in without any probs , had 4 games on killzone multiplayer and I like it and just started the campaign , the graphics are great but was expecting that after seeing loads of vids on the net but it still doesn't beat seeing it on your own console , I never really had a problem with DS3 but the new controller is great just the shape of it and the proper triggers now :) .

The internet and PSN on my PS4 is so slow it's ridiculous.

I've just run the Test Internet Connection part and got this (excuse crappy iPhone quality).

85.9kbps down and 110.6kbps up!

Completed killzone on sunday but running though some of the chapters again especially chapter 4 i personally think it looks better than BF4 and crysis.
I cant remember anything wowing me as much as when you land on the building at the start of chapter 4 and look around at the huge city. it all looks gorgeous. The lighting, reflections, textures. You might argue crysis is better from a technical point of view but from just looking with your own eyes it looks more impressive to me than any part of crysis. I know some will disagree but consider me impressed.
 
Quick Q...PS+ subscriptions...if you have multiple users on the same system do they need multiple subscriptions to access the content? Or is 1 per console?

Picking mines up tonight after the Rangers vs Alloa match...hopefully be about 4-0 up early doors for leaving early ;)
 
I've just plugged in the PS4 into the router via ethernet and I'm now getting 10.7Mbps down and 754.8kbps up.

Much better, but the question remains - why is it so horribly slow via WiFi compared to everything else?

It's sat next to my Xbox One (98% signal) and only has 70% signal strength.

The router is literally 8-10 feet away from both consoles.
 
I just ordered a Turtle Beach chat cable from Amazon. Although it shows the price as £4.99 + £4.59 delivery when you click through checkout the delivery charge changes to free.
 
2nd batch of PS4's are arriving on store shelves in the USA. But quickly being whipped up.

So no real production problems so to speak.

All the Targets I went to today in search of one, said they had a few in, in the AM, but were all quickly purchased. The missus managed to bag one, near where she's at.. I'll just sell it for a small profit. I already have two in my household, so just buying to make a little christmas money.

My original PS4 amazon order is now saying it will be here at the weekend, so that must be Amazon's second batch in the UK
 
Any ideas on where to source a PS4 for pre-Christmas delivery? Shopto is guaranteeing but they arent selling any consoles only, just packs which Id rather avoid but would if need be

You can try signing up for stock alerts from www.stockinformer.co.uk/. I managed to get a good bundle on release date and only ordered about two weeks prior. It's usually bundles coming up as thats what most of the stores seem to be getting but occasionally a console appears on its own.
 
In stock at one website I don't think I can mention on here, somewhere you may like to shop to but they dont have shops. It's an overpriced bundle with a Vita for 499.
