My mate had the same problem.

He contacted Sony who gave him a download link for the entire OS. He just happened to install a new hard drive and the crashing stopped.

Bizarre.

Can you ask him for the link and paste it here? My bro's keeps crashing out of party chat and doing other weird stuff, so might give a reinstall of the OS a try.
 
Anyone know where I can buy more of the stickers that come with the ps camera to hold it on thr tv. Kept moving it around and now it doesn't stick anymore.

Must have just been a bad install. After the delete and re install it works fine. No more crashes. Finished the level.
 
After being away with work for 22 days (ps4 release day), got home last night and hooked up the PS4, impressed with how snappy everything is, it had got to a point on the ps3 where the store was so slow I dreaded loading it up.

Had a quick blast on Resogun and Killzone, also since I never played Flower on the PS3 picked that up as well, as people have already said Killzone looks amazing, but its Resogun that already has me addicted, can see me spring most of the holidays on that.

If you have a local £1 shop you can get a pack with 100+ double sided sticky pads perfect if your moving your camera around all the time :D

Tried Warframe last night not usually my cuppa cha but quite enjoyed it

Only gripe so far and one I should have checked out first there is no media server support so cannot browse to my movie files on pc etc, would have thought that would be up n running as standard oh well :(

Highlight so far .... lots of drunks grabbing there gfs boobies and americans speaking Jerry Springer lingo :)

My thumb sticks haven't peeled, but they've gone almost totally flat in the middle, all the textured grippy part seems to be wearing off. It's fine until my thumb sweats a little, then it's really really slippery.
 
why is there such a massive price difference for the controllers ???? some places sell them for £50 yet the high street seem to be 70 to 80 which is a rip off, whats the rrp on them ??

you get a move controller, internal speaker and touch pad on top of the dual shock, but wow you can't deny £59.99 rrp is still quite expensive.... but good controller just expensive.
