Fantastic service from Amazon, refunded me for a new pad
Initial Question: Hi there, I purchased a PlayStation 4 pack in November, sadly the controller that was provided is now faulty, the left stick squeaks under any movement and can stick from time to time. This is not acceptable for a 2 month old item that should last 5 years, I was wondering how Amazon can help?

I will also be without a ps4 during the transition. I would much prefer a replacement controller solid
