can anyone explain to me how HDR can possibly work on a PS4 ?

other than very very high end professional monitors that cost a fortune - I didn't think any other 1080p sets could support HDR ?

Nothing stopping you running your current PS4 on a 4k HDR TV..

Same with the Xbox one S.

The chipset was 1.4 but with a higher bandwidth so it was possible to perform a firmware update to it.

This is going to be very useful, as I wasn't looking forward to re-downloading my games and the countless gigabytes of updates.

Is there still no way of getting PC derived streams into the Live From Playstation section? Pretty sure Twitch recognises when an XB1 is being used.

Yeah, every single one of them. It's a shame in a way because I am wetting myself at just the thought of Far Cry Primal with HDR. That would look amazing. But it won't happen. Unless Ubisoft do a remaster in 2022.

Quick question. I bought diablo 3. And it's downloading two version. The normal. And the English version. Do I need both or can I delete one ?? Seems crazy downloading two games !!

Doesn't seem that much different to me except everything takes longer to load in as it fetches data from the net.

And there's something new in the user profile section that lists all the games I've ever played - betas and demos included. My OCD means I have to go and manually hide them all now. I only want proper games showing!

Finally, I'm not sure how the notifications have been improved. All they've done is change the background from black to white.

Finally, I'm not sure how the notifications have been improved. All they've done is change the background from black to white.

They've changed the weave design and made the blue a deeper shade and less gradient. There is also two new themes? Particle like a fancy PS3 version and Dual.
