*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Same with me. I didn't particularly want either tbh, but in the end there are too many good PS4 games I wanted to play. An Xbox was never in contention.

Yeah, ideally I'd want to play all my games on a single machine but most of my favourite titles are on PS, like Bloodborne, Yakuza, Uncharted, TLoU, Gravity Rush etc. Also Spider-Man which I'm yet to play and upcoming Sekiro and Ghost of Tsushima. Just too much stuff to miss out.

Same with me, that's why I have the Pro. One is a pretty fantastic piece of hardware but there's just too little in it for me when I have a Pro and a decently specced PC.

Yeah if I never had a PC, the choice would be harder.

It looks and runs like an absolute mess on the Xbox, it'll be interesting to see Digital Foundry's take on it when it launches on PS4 because I can't see it being any better.

I've always hated the left stick location on PlayStation controllers. It's far more ergonomic on the upper left like Xbox pads so I might get one of these if there is a sale.

PlayStation 4 users in the Windy City now have to fork out a nine-percent tax for the privilege of gaming in their own homes, as Sony becomes the latest video gaming company to enforce the city’s much-loathed Amusement Tax.

Gamers firing up their consoles on Wednesday were greeted with a message from Sony informing them that the tax will now be applied to all PlayStation subscription services, like PlayStation Now, PlayStation Plus, and PlayStation Music.

Plus I would like a really good wired controller. I'm really starting to get sick of all this wireless malarkey.

I thought this was pure sarcasm at first.

Has anyone played Killzone Shadow Fall lately? I was thinking about taking it for a whirl. It’s been 4 years or so for me. Has it aged well?
