Agree lol. I am currently blazing my way through the FarCry 5 countryside but I keep thinking about Days Gone! Finished that game so many times and I still miss it.

I quite agree. Now that you can buy a ps5 in that glorious retro grey colour of the ps1 you no longer have to settle for the horrid white coloured one any more

We are a fickle bunch with very very short memories.
Just going back through my previous posts and deleting anything where I said I’d never buy a PS5 Pro.
People can complain all they want about these companies price gouging, but why not if people are willing to pay?
Same with scalpers - you know some muppet is going to pay close to 2k for one of those anniversary addition consoles off EBay.
Should do unless a game is very CPU limited, since that didn’t receive an upgrade.
Between settings tweaks and resolution scaling, most games should do 60.

The difference is that the AE will likely go up in value over the years, so while it's obviously not great value if you just want to play on it, it's a half decent investment.

Very true. Wasn't even bothered much about the PS5 but the retro style and packaging has me craving one. But I'm due to buy Coldplay tickets next week. Am sure the wife wouldn't mind not going so I can relish in feeling 15 again
