Make sure HDR is disabled if you're gonna capture. If your capture card can't capture and you can't encode your video in HDR and you have HDR turned on the TV or PS5, then its gonna look like crap

FYI the PS5 Pro actually has 18GB of memory compared to 16GB on the base system.

The extra 2GB is DDR5 soldered onto the motherboard and is used to run the operating system, freeing up additional space for games

I think it's Youtube end. The SM2 definitely has 4k HDR but the other 2 are only 4k. Sometimes it takes time for the HDR to appear after the initial upload.

Yes it is a problem indeed, if you don't zoom in to blow up the textures edges you'll struggle to see a difference between a 720p and a 4k image on YouTube due to the horrible compression

This was already confirmed a few days ago on Reddit by a German who had a ps5 pro early - slim covers DO NOT fit I'm afraid

Ironically the PC version was never updated with the same improvements the current-gen console versions got, they've only just announced it's getting those upgrades in an upcoming patch.

I never understood why they neglected updating the PC version.

Yes bottom panels fit on both sides, but top panels are different lug locations

It's even stranger considering console has been in dev. Since PS5 launch, and they would have had the initial design ideas for it and slims so why not just redesign slim panels to suit Pro

Anyone else particularly nervous about the way those covers on the Pro just pull off, I'm always worried that the clips are going to break.
