I'm told people who placed orders with Amazon UK as soon as they could have been told delivery will be Friday (despite the product page saying release date 07/11/2024) - and that is very poor for UK biggest retailer.

Indeed, They managed to get my OG delivered on release day so clearly some supplier line issues.

This is really poor.

Did you get a tracking code at all?

When did you order? I ordered 48 hrs ago and got dpd message this morning. But they don’t have it yet.

I originally ordered from PS Direct, I cancelled that order to get an extra 12 month warranty from John Lewis, I placed my order with John Lewis 16th October, they emailed me this morning at 10:48 to notify me about the delay.
No, I didn’t get a tracking number.

I do wish they had used DPD though, I never know what time royal mail will show up at my place nowadays while DPD at least give you a hour time frame
Mine is seemingly with Yodel, just had the emails all through.

Edit: I’m an idiot, Yodel emails were for something else and my tired brain didn’t read the Very ship confirmation email properly. It’s also with Royal Mail!

That’s pretty poor. Sorry to hear that. They seem to have stock still so I guess it’s a process they have to follow if boxes fall off a shelf that have been allocated to an order
