Yeah, similar feelings here feeling tempted, I’m running my Pro on a 27” OLED at the moment but it’s 1440p, not 4K.Anyone running a 32" OLED screen with there PS5 ?
I have a PS5 slim and tempted to get a new screen rather than the Pro.
MSI OLED can be had for £800.

Im running the aw3225qf with my pro a very awesome experience so far in the games I've playedAnyone running a 32" OLED screen with there PS5 ?

Yeah, I attempted that.Anyone own the Pulse headset and attempted the 3D audio profile setup?
I recall on the OG, the profile setup was literally choosing the "height" but the Pro seems to have this sphere advanced setup which is highly odd. There are two sound types, the first a single positional beep which is mostly discernible and a wave effect. The wave effect, to my ears on occasion seems to sweep lower left to lower right or via versa but the choice is a band around the circumference so either my hearing is really borked or the profile setup is too restrictive.
If you don’t already have an OLED screen then that’s a far far bigger upgrade than getting the pro.
Not if you play 120hz. Massive difference from what I'm seeing in Dynamic Resolution Games. If you don’t already have an OLED screen then that’s a far far bigger upgrade than getting the pro.
I had it too when I first connected it. Tbh I think it must’ve been some kind of HDMI handshake issue. As above a restart sorted it out and no issues since. Mine is an LG CX.@darkgen Thanks for the reply, I’ll keep it in mind, if it happens again I’ll restart the TV and see if that restores the display, could be something with the resolution/refresh, might explain why I had an image in safe mode. Although other devices worked fine if I switched inputs.
I did find similar issues reported by others of a black screen glitch when coming out of rest mode so maybe something in the PS5 OS.
I'm running mine with the AW3225QF but I wish it was as bright as the MLA WOLED LG and Asus offer, kinda sucks having to have 1K in 2% window but then drops off a cliff 10% or bigger + aggressive ABL or 500nits max but really no ABL, compared to the MLA WOLED that keep the brightness much better in HDRAnyone running a 32" OLED screen with there PS5 ?

I'll give it another whirl but I think I'll take your advice and leave it at standard or default or whatever the option is. Cheers.Yeah, I attempted that.
Try it with your eyes shut, failing that just use standard profile which is good enough for me.
You can control the power on and power off options independently - at least on the pro. So I have the power on option selected and the power off option deselected. I have an lg c3 and this works fine.^ interesting. I have or I did have the HDMI link or whatever its called disabled as I found it annoying when powering off the console but wanting to continue to watch TV having to power the TV back on.
Nice one. Just checked and you're right! You can control the power on and power off options independently - at least on the pro. So I have the power on option selected and the power off option deselected. I have an lg c3 and this works fine.
Interesting, I’ve never encountered this before but then I rarely put my OG PS5 in rest mode. There has been an issue with LG OLEDS since the C9 where sometimes you will get a CEC handshake error and get a no display or black screen with HDMi 2.1 consoles. LG have never fixed it for whatever reason it still happens on latest units.
Just be aware if you get this on your OLED it might not be the console. Generally powering the TV on first and waiting a bit before switching on the console is the fix but it does not always work especially coming out of standby. A power reset seems to work.
