I pre-ordered The Callisto Protocol. Looking forward to some Dead Space action on Friday.
Thats exactly my problem, it looks like my cup of tea but I want to finish ragnarok first and others and I only get a hour a day to play so could be a while.Deffo want some of that action myself, but I have so much other stuff to play. But then again, if it transpires that it plays as good as it looks, I just know I’m not going to be able to resist!
Well I've just ordered a PS5 Disc GOW bundle.
We had no idea what to get daughter for Christmas but she's into her gaming on her Switch and will love it. She's loves the Goat Simulator game, so Goat Simulator 3 will be loaded on for Christmas day.
Its a silly high price. I just wanted the console only bundle at £479 but was out of stock at retailers I'm happy to spend my money at. Justified purchase as follows:
1. She will get plenty of use of of it
2. It'll replace the PS4 I currently have
3. Dad will of course be using it just as muchI still have LOU2 and a few other PS4 games to play through, so can play them on the PS5. GOW was also one of my favourites games on PS4, so looking forward to sequel
A console is one of the best gifts you can get for your kids at Christmas, nothing better than unwrapping a a new console on Christmas Day. I remember the feeling when my parents got me a PS2 for Christmas, and a GTA game, can't remember which one, may have been the first GTA in 1st/3rd person or one of the original style of play.
GTA 3.
It's one of my fondest Christmas memories unwrapping the PS2 which I didn't think I was going to get and GTA 3. I remember my Gran's face when I jumped in a car and started running people over at the ripe old age of 9!![]()
The PS1 was definitely special so many fond memories of that. Die Hard Trilogy and Vrally amongst them.Man I remember getting the ps1 with demo disc one and a few games. So amazing.
Also there was a Xmas where I got the 64 and Zelda ocarina of time too. So good.
I’m not even going to watch it as I am all over that.
*Heavy breathing commences*
Wasn't that the disc with the T-Rex tech demo too, and (iirc) it had, amongst other things, a trailer for the film "The Net"... unless that was on a Mega CD disc (I'm old now and can't rememberMan I remember getting the ps1 with demo disc one and a few games. So amazing.

I made that mistake when I bought a ps2 (after having owned a ps1 so no excuse really). I'm amazed how much we used to osy for such tiny storage capacities.I likewise remember being blown away by the PS1 I received for Christmas. I had the demo disc and a copy of Tomb Raider. But my parents didn’t realise you needed a memory card so had to wait till the shops opened again before I could save!
Coming from a Sega Megadrive to a PS1 was such a huge leap - Tomb Raider was a revelation and started my love affair for the Tomb Raider franchise and similar game types that came later.
How old is it. Amazon refunded me the price of a new one after 2 years. My controller seems to have developed stick drift. Things to try before buying a new one?
