*** The Official Rugby World Cup 2015 Thread ***

I don't normally take much interest in Rugby, but looking forward to watching the opening England v Fiji match this evening! :) Could be a challenging game for England.

Also, I know American football is similar, but didn't realise the yanks play Rugby now as well. Shows how much I know! :p

I'm off to see Australia vs Fiji, England vs Wales and Semi Final 1. Quite expensive but home World Cups don't come around that often, I was in school uniform (1991) last time I watched a World Cup match at Twickenham.

I was at the final that year :( :( (How we fell for the Wallaby pre match mind games and pulled the ball out from up our jumpers I'll never know )

Rather excited for the start tonight, although I not sure of chances of Wales getting out the group. I'm interested to see how well the Fijians go tonight, on paper that have some real good players.

TV booked for this evening. Hope England don't mess up against the Fijians. ITV match coverage starts at 19:25 with kick-off at 20:00.

So looking forward to this. Opening ceremony just started.

Never played Rugby. I have no shame in admitting that, like the majority, I am far too much of a wimp for the game.

20 Nations, 13 Stadiums, 48 Matches, 620 Players, and over 2,225,000 tickets sold, but there is only one Webb Ellis Cup and ‪#‎RWC2015‬ winner!

As a welshman, I bid everyone good luck in the tournament (including the English). What will be will be. The next 6 weeks are going to produce some awesome and unforgettable rugby, and as the RWC anthem goes... If we win, lose, or draw, its a victory for all.

Fingers crossed ‪#‎IAmWales‬

Come on England! :)
