****The Official Samsung Galaxy S II ACCESSORIES Thread***

Then I still have to take it out to use the headphone socket. Thoughtless design remains thoughtless. :D

It's not thoughtless though, its designed that way. I don't see an issue with it, if you are using the phone, keep it out of the case?

It depends what you want I suppose.

I submit in counter-argument the Case Rhyme:

Your case may be made out of unicorn hide
And smell of new car seats or honey
If I can't charge my handset while it's inside
I'll be damned if you're getting my money.

Just to make sure you're aware, you'll have to pay £20~ in import tax on that Sena case (approx. 2-3 weeks after you've got it).

Yes that's happened to me a few times when using a mainstream shipper, ordered a few things from the States but I just air mail it out using a mail forwarding company in that way, you wont get stung by customs! You won't get stung by customs by this method as long as you are under the limit as when it reaches the UK Royal Mail handle it and not parcelfarce and such who will charge you!

A must have when at your computer.

Hah got to compromise! The battery life on this is pretty good and I'm sure having it naked while at the desk won't harm the phone in many ways but unlike me I have an untidy desk at work!

As I mentioned I use this to travel so I can whack the phone in my pocket etc knowing it's protected back and front!

I ordered the exact same case from Sena which arrived on the 25th May. Haven't heard anything yet regarding import duty/tax. Will post here if I do.

nikzGfx, the case is VERY tight when you first use it but give it a couple of days and it becomes much easier to use. It's a quality case and perfect for work :)

;) Figured out an easier way of sliding the phone in just push it from top while holding the little flaps. Lovely case indeed.

I should point out, Robbo, that not everyone charges their phone at their computer. Some of us have to charge it when we're away for several days, sharing a hotel room.

Incidentally, I don't recall you taking the **** when someone (probably Khaaaan) said they didn't like the Samsung flip case for exactly the same reason.

(PS: the thread for S2 accessories is now longer than the Experia Arc thread for the actual phone. :D)

It was only because you posted a silly poem about it, I understand the logic behind it fine :p

3rd attempt got me a bubble free protector with the e-cell @ £2.45 so I have 3 spare.

Feels and looks ok but the front camera hole is slightly off...

Screen looks fine through it but it does get greasy...but as richdog said what screen protector doesn't.

3/5 for price and application...It does its job for the price....The camera hole is annoying but not a massive issue with me...At least until another one comes along

I didn't like the feel of the e-cell very much... and first time i went outside after applying one i took it off as it seemed to reflect a lot more sunlight and make the screen much less readable.

You will find that despite the slightly off lining up of the holes, the screen protector is one of the best cheapies out there. It's good in direct sunlight, doesn't scratch easily, and is very smooth on the finger. Yes it gets a bit greasy, but overall i'm happy with them and doen't see much point paying through the nose for the more expensive ones.
