Yeah I tried LauncherPro and ADW Launcher Ex, didn't think much of them at all... Especially the vertical scrolling on launcher pro which I couldn't see anyway to change back to a horizontal paged scrolling menu

How do I fail? I saw someone mention Proporta, did a quick Google, saw the hessian one, liked it, saw it on eBay and bought one. I'm happy
How come some people have locked Orange phones? I was under the impression phones are only locked when provided by the mobile provider. At present everyone with the S2 on Orange must be getting it from 3rd party's (as Orange have not yet released it) so surely they are getting Generic/retail S2s which would be unlocked to all networks ("world phones" per se)?
Not sure if I want to wait and get my phone direct from Orange if it has a problem (as it will be locked by them), would be easier to get one form one of these 3rd party places for more or less the same price, albeit with a new contract and number porting being involved.

Very tempted to get this phone... even though i have 5 months left on my contract... (selling my desire would fund the overlap..)

i dont think so, i did the same as you, overlapped my contracts cos i really wanted it, i had the desire and it was amazing, but this blows it away. i got £186 for my desire on ebay for your info
Was that after fees? Can get nearly 150 on recylcing websites... was tempted to do that just for the ease if its not too much difference, specially as i dont think i have the desire box!

I also couldnt wait till the end of my contract or for orange to get the phone so took out a new contract with O2 and the cashback from quidco will cover the cost of cancelling my current contract.
