****The Official Samsung Galaxy S II Thread***

just thought i'd say that all orange customers can use t-mobile network for free and vice versa since around October last year. you just have to sign up to it from orange website and then you'll use whichever is best (supposable) so changing to tmobile from orange would be no benefit

Works a treat for me on T-Mobile when I am in a poor area changes to T-Mobile Orange.

after having ago on all the networks i would NEVER use any others apart from Vodafone or O2, sure it will vary up and down the country but for Hampshire area those two are miles apart for coverage and 3g speeds

O2 have dreadful 3G speeds almost everywhere.

They are fine around Birmingham/Solihull for me normally 1mb+ and 3mb+ last time i checked at home.

I've heard a lot of complaints about their speeds, maybe some areas are actually good then. There's nothing wrong with the coverage itself though and I do like their customer service.

O2 is really the only company to be with if you’re from a rural area of Northern Ireland. I’ve tried them all and you only really get 3G connectivity in the large town/city areas.

But I was up in Bedford this weekend and the rural areas around the county were really bad. Back in London tonight and coms is so strong you can feel it on your fillings..

That's right and its worked well for me, but it only allows data access to the 2g network unfortunately, otherwise I'd probably be sticking with orange.

I suspect orange may not have the phone up on their coming soon bit, untill they've properly "tested" the phone, i.e so they can fill the phone with their bloatware ****, as per usual.

If t-mobile do the same job of leaving the rom relatively untouched, like they did with the desire, and no nasty logos, they will most probably get my business.....but that HTC Sensation is pretty alluring....
