Online or you called them?

If it was online then you should have gone through the cashback websites, you would have got £110 back.

Nevermind... :p I didn't think about using a cashback website.

7000 minutes ? holy moly will you actually use all them ? :D

Probably not the minutes but the texts and data are going to get a lot of use!

So I pre-ordered the Blue on the phone with Three....now this is going to be delayed is it worth cancelling and re-ordering via cashback website or do I run the risk of not being in the first batch of allocations and waiting ever longer.

My current contract with Orange ends in a couple of weeks and I don't want to renew.

What to do, what to do!

Well what a monumental **** up.
Three said I would get my S3 today, called them to get my tracking number, turns out my phone was delivered yesterday, I told them it wasn't and it turns out they have delivered it to the wrong address.
So after a bit of research I discover its a house up the road, the guy signed my surname to receive the package
So off I go up the road with our two dobes just in case.
When I told the bloke about the error he just said oh!!
I Asked if he had opened it, his reply was yes, just to see what was inside
Anyway he hadn't taken the phone out of the box which is fine.
So I get my phone, take it home and call Three to let them know the matter is resolved.
Because the phone was delivered to the wrong address they have barred the phone and sim card :mad::mad::mad:
So I know have a very expensive alarm clock that cannot be used until at least 48 hours :mad::mad: bloody fuming.
Compensation ? no line rental until the phone is reactivated
AAARRRRRHHH !!!!!!!

I had that with my iPhone 4 (sim free) which was delivered to a house down the road and the kid there signed for it and opened it all up.... I spoke to the mother who didn't know anything about it but later knocked on my door saying she asked her son who said he did get it and apologised for his shens...kids huh.

Cpwh are taking the Mickey now. My order has gone from being on the van to be delivered to the store to now being on back order because they have ran out of stocks. Wasted my time twice. Feel like putting my fist through someone's face.

It is Three's fault entirely, even after confirming our address with them 3 times they missed a line of our address off  hence why it went where it went.
It had the correct postcode, I would have thought the delivery guy would have worked it out to be honest especially if using sat nav.

I feel your pain mate.
By the time I finally get my mess sorted out I might aswell have waited for the blue one.

Just got off the phone, was fuming but Punnit is saying that they ran out of stock so yesterday loads that were to be dispatched were not but they got stocks in lastnight and they are sending them out today and mine is to be dispatched. He'll txt me tracking details. Told him if it's not dispatched today I want it cancelled and will never use CPWH again...

Hi, i was comparing the s3 with the htc one x, the auto brightness on the s3 is too low , when comparing to htc one x auto brightness which looks much better, is this samsungs way of getting better battery life ?

also i did a test on both on the desktop version of bbc iplayer , i played the hd versions, the s3 just skips struggles, and the htc one x is butter smooth, both was using same wifi connection, ???

For those who haven't done it - you can change the shortcut unlock apps (why would you need camera when there's the specific motion for it?) by clicking the word "shortcuts" in lock screen options under security instead of just clicking the switch to toggle it.

maybe mrk or anyone could test the HD iplayer out on their S3's?

I'll check when I get home but the S3 out the box didn't have the latest Flash Player so make sure yours is up to date on the one you compared with.

I have played Youtube HD on the desktop website at 1080p and found no problems at all.

where did you order ?

also does any one know if the likes of o2 will exchange my current standard sim to a micro with my current number ? also will they supply a adaptor so i can put the micro sim back into a standard phone ? and will they charge me for any of that ? thanks

I went to o2, they gave me a sim that I can pop out the micro sim with when I get my phone for free, (same number). Never asked about an adaptor.
