A lot of people (myself included) prefer hardware buttons to soft buttons. I'm sure they have done their research before deciding this.

Indeed, I don't mind the soft buttons but they aren't particularly great.

Interesting Exynos related news, the new ATV and iPad 2,4 (new reduced price Wi-Fi model) both have a 32nm HKMG A5.
Eventually someone will compare new/old iPads and see how much better battery life the new die shrink offers...

Here's how much the new SoC will shrink, the 4210 is very similar in size to the A5. A 4412 should be smaller that the SGS2 SoC too..

I forgot where I read that article. It's probably just a dang box with all the internals of the phone right now, they probably haven't even come up with a finished design for the casing yet! and they're being so "sneaky" and "disguising" it to cover up them not having it done! hahahaha I'm just messing around though.
