Received the first of two from Orange today, it's really smart in white - looks great, not cheap or tacky in the slightest - and no hardware or software branding. I reckon there will be another white one on the way after I show it to the person that had me order them a blue.
I don't know if I'll have mine in a case. It's insured so any damage isn't an issue, and sits in the hand nicely without slipping which is usually the only reason I add a case. I have a 99p gel case which fits perfectly and a Nillkin on the way but I reckon I'll go without. I think if you care about aesthetics the white will look better than the blue in a case, that nice contrast.
The phone seems great, definitely the best specced one about and the size is okay. I'll need to to flash, root, setup, etc tomorrow so it's fully to my liking - and as I can't help myself. But the stock ROM seems fine, I could happily just root for TB and use GO Launcher instead of TouchWizz.
Orange loyalty were very good to me. Free phones, 500mins, unlimited texts, wifi, and 1.5GB internet, for 24 months @ £16. I wanted 18 @ £21 but this will do! I keep spending less and less with Orange because of loyalty offers but they keep giving me better deals. Pays to stay with a provider, and to push them when upgrade time comes.
