I was going to upgrade regardless because I wanted the new phone, but I can fairly say that the difference has surprised me more than I expected. I thought my S2 was fast and the best phone ever but this is on another level :)
 
And there is no ICS rubber band scrolling like on the s2 and typing is better too due to the larger screen size!

BTW IMO if you want a bigger and better screen, NFC and a faster and smoother experience as well as a notification LED amongst other little improvements and don't mind the looks/design go for it!

I never got a tracking number. When I phoned up and placed the order the guy said the s3 was in stock and that I would get a another email with the tracking number when the order had been dispatched.

Immediatelty after placing the order I got an email saying ....

Just remembered that now and your thread on dead space 2 with the controls etc. was very impressive some of the stuff and the outcome of things :) and how well you played the games, better than me! :o


You have got one hell of a PC setup right there though, which is worth a mighty amount hence why one might presume what I originally thought :p The GPUs alone cost a lot more than my entire PC!!! :p :o



Agree with Sarge, it isn't worth that much and the difference between the GS 2 and GS 3 is most definitely not worth £450 (assuming you were to sell the GS 2 for £250). Better off waiting for the new galaxy note, which would benefit you better due to the screen size as stated.

If there isn't a black S3 by September I'm stumped - with only the new Nexus's's's's to look forward to.

More than likely the Note2 will have the same SoC as the S3.

Woah. Use a credit card mate if you are going to do that. Catalogue's exist to rip people off with inflated prices and the punishing interest rates if you take too long to pay.

Best would be to try and get it on a cheap contract with £200 upfront price. £200 which you can get from trading in your SGS2.

yeah amd gave me the 6990. then i sold somethings to get the intel setup
