Sorry that was on the ultra
Just got mine on my s21 ultra I'm in the uk with EE.Just got the March security update on my S21 Ultra
I wish you all the best. I wouldn’t wish an encounter with Samsung sales support on my worst enemy.Hmm, my S21 ultra decided not to charge ( wired or wireless ) and inevitably now won't power on. Bring on the joys of after sales support.

It’s so bad. I sent mine in for a ‘24hr’ repair and being realistic I allowed a day’s transport either side so thought I’d have it back in 3 maybe 4 days tops - it was gone for 8 days in total.I know, it's the turn around time too. Bloody headache

I would say its a decent deal.S21 Ultra 256gb, currently Samsung are offering
£350 instead of £210 trade-in for my s10+ (trade in sites are around 210)
15% off until Sunday
So that makes it £721 + my S10 Plus, this feels like a decent deal? No free buds or anything. If we assume my s10 is worth 200, and thus this is the same as £921, how does this stack against previous deals you guys have seen?
Thanks!

even better, I went with contact because I did not want to drop £1000+ in one go, considering I had nothing to trade in, So ive not really looked at sim free priceAO.com actually had 15% off too, with £360 trade-in through Samsung, but because the trade-in is retrospective instead of deducted from the headline price before it's discounted, it ends up cheaper (the 15% is applied to the £1199 instead of the £849). So the final cost ends up £660 instead of £720. I think that's OK! Also, it'll be delivered 2 weeks earlier than Samsung.

Just seen the Amazon deal. 15% off with a further £300 trade in for my Note 10+ 5G and an extra £150 cashback. Can spread the payments too.
£860 with discount for the 256GB comes down to £410 with tradein and cashback.
What's the extra £150 cashback?!
Looks good to me.
£860? It's showing as £1020 for me, and what's the extra £150 cashback??
