I put a cheeky claim in for a 2nd set of buds... on my replacement phone. To my surprise it was accepted :O

Nothing in their terms state i cant claim if its a replacement device.

The terms do say you shouldn't. If they fulfil or not is another question entirely, but I don't think you can claim the terms don't say anything!

Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased, a maximum of one (1) Claim per Individual Participant and four (4) Claims per household; and a maximum two hundred and fifty (250) Claims per Company Participant.
 
Ahh I see it now, on the Amazon page the specs weren't as clear as they are on that page, looks like the Amazon listing no longer exists and I bought from Amazon. It's 18W "Total", 10W max for a single device, so 10W on an Android, 7.5W on an iPhone when in dual config.

I will file a request to claim on Amazon live chat and order something more fitting. I can also confirm that the 15W one in my car is actually faster than the dual Choetech above having driven to Heathrow today so was able to give it a run.

I couldn't see that on the terms I was reading.

And anyway, I can't be held responsible for how O2 sets up their ordering system...

It's a completely separate order with order numbers and everything lol
 
I can't believe you were able to get a replacement already!

I've not even had my first one yet!

Kinda wishing I went for a standard colour at this point!

By the time it comes the hype will be dead and some other phone will be on the radar!

Perhaps the latest Xiaomi 12 Pro, though the camera likely not as good on that...or the software support.
 
So I tried this charging malarkey again, battery set to charge to 100% this time :D

First one is with a Samsung 15W desk charger powered by a Samsung Super Fast 25W charger plug.

This second one is the Samsung 25W USB-C charger plugged straight into the phone.

For me fast charging with the cable is quick enough, especially while I'm running the battery to 85%, it took 40 mins to get there which is enough to not worry about shopping for more chargers and cables etc :D
 
Yes 45W is a bit of a gimped charging rate on the Samsung flagships that use it. Samsung have throttled it to the point where it's only minutes faster than the 25W charger. There were videos comparing posted earlier .

For reference I am using a 65W PD 3.0 GaN charger.
 
I cant seem to find any charging speeds/times listed on Samsungs website for the 45W brick.
My S21Ultra did 50% in 30mins on the current Fast Charger v1.0, which looks to be the same performance with the S22Ultra. (which is good enough for me)

Yeah I'm sorry I went for an exclusive colour now, there is just no communication from Samsung, no delivery date, nothing!
I'm very tempted to cancel right now and hold on to my Note 20 ultra, like you say it's ruined the whole experience.
 
Hmm I was told ~7 days wait by EE so I'm expecting it around next weekend. The red and black said 7 days, the other colours said 14 days, at the time I placed the order.

Anyway, one feature I haven't used in ages is notification LED and it seems you can enable it on the s22 ultra as well as other Android handsets:

I'm guessing you meant burgandy rather than red? They are different!

If I could go back, I'd probably have got a green one rather than the exclusive red. It's just that I've waited so long for the phone now that it'll have to be absolutelely perfect in every way to overcome the loss of hype!
To be fair when I ordered, it suggested 7 weeks for the red, and 4 weeks for the other exclusive colours, and it's 'only' been 33 days so far...!

In the end I went for the Spigen Neo Hybrid in Burgundy to match the phone colour.

I bought that, found the colour horrible. The black and silver is much nicer in my opinion.

The only colours that seemed to be fulfilled quickly were the black and the burgandy. Others have been varying degrees of slow. My order for a green Ultra currently stands at 39 days since ordering, and 23 days since it was due to arrive. I've heard from somene else who ordered a green the day the pre orders went live who still hasn't had it arrive yet. Really feels like they didn't plan out the stock levels very well. Also hearing rumblings of these orders being pushed into April now too (but hadn't had a 4th delayed email myself yet!).
 
I just looked at my original order on 9th Feb and the red 256gb stated 2-4 weeks because of exclusive colour, that's why I thought what the hell it's only 4 weeks, tomorrow it will be 6 weeks!

On a positive Note (pun intended) One UI 4.1 has just arrived for the Note 20 ultra 5g unlocked, at least I can get some new things to try out :)

Almost every phone I've had has been black with a black case, I'm not too fussed about the colour to be honest I just wanted something a bit different. All colours were showing as '7 days' when I checked last night so I'm still hopeful it's here next week. If there was a month delay EE should surely know about it? Wasn't aware there was a stock shortage until reading this thread.
