Well mine arent displaying fast charging. But thinking its a phone fault.

You need to use this charger for fast charging. Its the only way.

Is that the charger your using?
 
Adaptive fast charging uses 1.67A 9V as well as 2A 5V- check your charger and if it doesn't output that it will not charge in fast charging mode.

Standard 2A 5V chargers are generally called fast chargers as they are faster than generic ones, that's probably why the listing said that. Unfortunately "fast charge" and "adaptive fast charge" are two different things.

So it's not the listing that's wrong, it's the fact you didn't know exactly what you were supposed to be looking for.
 
Did you have to wait 14 working days? mines still on the 9 working days no refund
(Already phone them up twice today given me new dates wait till 19 May item was signed on the 27th April)

To be fair, it did take around 4-5 days from when Samsung received the device to them sending me an automated refund processing email. I then got the money within 1-3 days on top of that.

Thank you Chris you explained it more clearly than Samsung Customer service department I will give then to the 18th this month then make a chargeback visa claim.
