Got a micro-update today on my SIM-free S6. Sadly its not the RAM management update (AODG) but rather the more general update that doesn't include the RAM fix (AOE3). Phone does feel a bit snappier but could just be placebo.

Looks like SIM free devices won't get the memory management update and will just have to wait for 5.1.x.

Well Vodafone are going to give me a 64GB S6 instead of a 32GB some time next week

If that one has a shoddy display I'll just stick with it as it seems non are right

Not at all. You'll get a German plug and will need a convertor but that's the only downside.

Same great service as the UK site. Use Chrome to translate.

Just make sure it's Am.de selling/shipping the device - you'll have a 30 day return window.

European Union law states retailers have to provide a two year warranty at minimum. For Amazon this translates to two year returns and refunds.

If a fault develops.

That is very different to an exchange/refund period.
