Yes you won't get anything unless you're on BTU.

Korean screenshots show resolution adjustment, 3 performance modes, blue colour filter (expected anywah) and few other bits as well as Grace UX.

EE wifi calling works, and I've see the VoLTE icon pop up before and I'm on BTU. Not seen the icon since updating and the option seems to be missing in call options now.

My VoLTE icon has not been visible for a few weeks now, I imagine Three stopped it in Portsmouth recently for whatever reason as I got a text around the same time saying they were doing some maintenance and that some services may be disrupted.

You'll get VoLTE on Three if you're using "Super-Voice" aka 800MHz, which your phone is set to avoid at all costs.
 
Can't be if I was getting it mere weeks ago, then they stopped since the text came through from three. Not a huge issue, since I can hear people perfectly fine anyway in the rare instances that I do make a standard voice call and not use WA/Hangouts calling instead.

You can only get VoLTE on Three when you're using the 800MHz frequency. They've probably fixed your mast so you're now using 1800MHz 4G which doesn't support VoLTE.
