Facial login no longer works on the beta?

Face authentication is working here, but I don't know about Iris. It never worked properly for me so I don't use it.

Been trying to see if I can find the update but I think as I bought an unlocked phone, it was previously registered with EE but was never used, I'm on O2 now maybe it doesn't qualify?

The Beta must still be open. I've registered about 5 minutes ago and am now able to download the beta.

Seems stable enough tbh, more so than Nougat was when I did that beta. Not too far off release either so hopefully a sign of things to come in regards to quicker releases

Direct with Samsung, have an old iPhone 4 thrown in a drawer that hasn't been touched for years, and apparently they're willing to knock £160 off the RRP if I send it in... seems a fair trade?

Should still be eligible for the Gear VR deal too, says it ends at midnight tonight? Strangely Samsung.com doesn't seem to be listed as an 'authorised retailer' though, surely a mistake or not?

That's your work's security settings kicking in, not the phone's fault! if you don't want to pull down exchange security policies, then use Nine Email client which bypasses any need to use them and gets you right into Exchange/365, and you can retain face/iris unlock.

Working perfectly here for me.

bit weird, maybe it's only got the policy since the update, something stopped it before.

Also the setting option in Samsung mail doesn't do anything in the beta. Oh well. It is a BETA

Just walked past a huge queue for the iPhone X, I don't understand the mentality of people that queue to buy a phone.

Made sure to pull out my S8+ and walked extra slow next to them.

Wow just installed "Nine" and it's superb so far! Been looking for a clean, fast email client to host my 3 accounts, tried Blue Mail, Aquamail, inbox which are all poor tbf

The amount of "bloat" is lower than on Nougat, but there's still enough to require a scrolling screenshot of disabled packages...

Also submitted my first beta bug.

Scrolling screenshots do not capture the status bar icons, even though the status bar area is there. Normal screenshots are fine.
