Fizzy mine has been like that since it was shipped on Tuesday, spoke to samsung and they said it had been collect so it may arrive today

All was good but now unfortunately it's delayed. Not sure whether this means it wont get delivered today but fingers crossed.

Mine was only updated 5 mins ago to give a 1 hour time slot. Keep checking back. The delivery slot will show up

When I phone Samsung shop telephone number 0330 726 7467 to find out my tracking number it just keeps sending me back to the main menu.

Just want to know if it's being delivered today as I won't stay in today otherwise. It says it was shipped last night when logging into my order.

What a joke.. After been told its been dispatch on the phone yesterday I have now been told its been being prepared to be dispatched today. Pre orders on the 29th. 3rd year of ordering through them . looks like a change is needed

ok got through, sounds like they're having similar issues as other providers as they also use UK Mail...they said they were expecting deliveries today but there has been an issue. They're hoping to have an update by 1pm.
