Hey all

I'm having a hard time using EZcamera. I can't for the life of me figure out why when I am in edit mode that my mouse is not panning the view around. Any ideas?

Anyone using the new Opus weather engine yet?

Think I will have to try it. I have tried to be patient with REX, but to no avail. The weather engine just does not work properly. I am sick of CTD's when loading weather.

Apparently Opus weather and REX textures together is the business. There is a demo as well at http://www.opussoftware.co.uk/opusfsi/downloads.htm

Been using Opus for a while now, I can confirm its an excellent weather engine and will use the textures you load in from REX perfectly

Yeah EZDok can be a nightmare to setup up for the first time;

There is a public beta of REX just been made available that is meant to sort out a number of the weather problems users have reported. You can download it from the REX forum - although you may have to be registered/signed in to see the link. Having said that, Opus does look good so I may give the demo a try.

Opus is very good. At first I wasn't so sure. Opus and Rex textures work very well together.

I have one issue. If you want to add Opus onto another computer(network) you have to have fsx on each machine. I don't see the point in that at all :rolleyes:

I can't login to gamespy in fsx, I found this website www.fsopen.co.uk but it does not list my favourite server "hippy happy germany".

How can I connect to the server hippy happy germany? If you don't know it its a free flight server and was one of the most popular servers for free flight.
