Nice pictures!

EU England definitely is impressive. I recently switched back to it from VFR Gen X as I wanted realistic looking landings, not flat images.

I did a quick flight this evening from Stansted to Dublin and was amazed with the weather, clouds and lighting Opus and REX gave me during my departure.

Dappo what settings do you have in REX please? I'm getting some conflicting issue with Opus and Rex. I think I might have something ticked in Rex which I shouldn't.

Thanks

I wasn't sure which settings to post so I've uploaded some pictures of all the settings I use in REX.

Thank you very much for doing that mate really appreciate that.

I didn't have as much as you ticked. I thought Opus did all the winds, clouds deck etc etc?

Let me try these settings and see if I'm still having the same issues. Once again cheers.

Thats no problem.

When I bought and installed Opus all I did was disable the REX weather options. I guess I probably could untick the cloud and wind options too.

Reading some other forum posts, people recommend to leave Opus weather settings at default and to only use REX for textures and turn off everything else.

This thread says to remove any haze and mist effects in REX as they can cause visual problems:

Hopefully you can get rid of your conflict issues.

Great fog and atmosphere in that picture!

I recently bought Skiathos X and Mykonos X and have completed some flights between them. Here are a few pictures from those flights:

I feel that I'm currently more into taking screenshots than actually flying. =/

Aren't Olympic's Q400s under wet lease from FlyBe, and should therefore be registered G-JE**, like the ones operated on behalf of Brussels Airlines?

P.S.
I totally get you. I was the same, flying routes just for the screenshot opportunities :D

P.P.S.
Blimey, the A350 is waaay bigger than I pictured it! :O

I think FlyBe wet leased 4 Q400's in 2009 but Olympic Air increased its Q400 fleet to 14, the rest coming from MIG Aviation, including SX-OBE:

Hah, even when I have the best intentions to just do a flight, it always ends up with something catching my eye and me needing to take loads of screenshots. :P

Thats the -900, which is supposed to compete with the 777-200 series so it's supposed to be big :p.

There's also the smaller -800 which geared more towards an A330 replacement and the even larger -1000 which is the A340 replacement/777-300 series competitor to follow up at some point on the future.

I must admit though, when i saw the first renders a few years ago I thought the 350 looked ugly, but the final product is stunning. Love those winglets/sharklets/whatever they're legally allowed to call them!

Be interested to see what boeing now come up with in the 777X...

The screen shots are looking great.

Dappo, you've probably bought tears of joy to Iraklis F.C. with those shots.

The A350 looks amazing. The engines look tiny in comparison.

It's the Flight Sim Convention at Weston this Saturday and Sunday. I'll be a virtual pilot at the event. This ties in with the 'South West - Overloaded' event where Cardiff, Jersey and Bristol will be fully manned with London Control overhead on Vatsim.

If you've got a Vatsim account, want to listen in this weekend and don't know how, let me know.

Blue I was hoping to get out there this year but cant make it :( I will be taking part in the event though. Let me know when you will be on-line please?

I think it might be sorted now. Changed a few settings and its looking a lot better. Thanks again.

Where did you get the Olympic Air Livery from please?

Dappo; loving your Greek Island shots :D

Does anybody know if the RealAir Duke and Legacy are compatible with the Saitek Pro panels - specifically the Multi, Radio and Switch panels??

These ones:
