Dappo....very impressive pics there mate...muckos kudos.
Have almost all you have listed there with exception of the Europe Land class which I feel I may be purchasing when I get home later
Is it possible for you to let us know what your system setting and sliders are at for this? Feel free to email through trust if needed
Cheers
Thank you very much!
My system specs are:
i5 2500k @ 4.6ghz
8GB 1600 RAM
ASUS DirectCUII GTX 670
FSX installed on its own 1TB Samsung F3 HDD
When I take screenshots I have all sliders on max and bloom checked. Depending on the scenario I will increase traffic, cars and boats to higher levels. If I was to fly like this I get around 10-15fps at a busy airport and around 22fps at cruise when using the NGX or Airbus X Extended.
Nvidia Inspector settings:
My FSX settings:
These are the only FSX.cfg edits I use:
affinity mask=14
wideview=true
texturemaxload=4096
highmemfix=1
bpools=0
LOD=6.5
These are the REX textures I am using for these pictures:
REX Natural Dawn, REX Natural Day/ Bold and REX Natural Dusk/ Golden Desert [OD].
I am also using the Natural ENBPlus from the REX forums:
http://www.realenvironmentxtreme.co...opic/14771-natural-enbplus-download-included/
For the sunset and dawn photos I am using these custom textures from a thread on AVSim although I cannot find the thread now:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/q6amad16zyl3b1y/Sky-Textures-for-ENB-Series.rar - Note that whenever you update your REX textures it will overwrite these.
I use the sceneryconfigeditor which allows you to activate and deactivate airports and areas from outside FSX. You can get the SceneryConfigEditor here:
http://fs-sceditor.sourceforge.net/index.html
I am also using Flusifix which lets you edit your FSX.cfg and it also has some performance tweaks:
http://www.wolfgang-picheta.de/
However, when I am just flying without wanting to take screenshots I use these settings:
With these settings I get between 15-20fps in Orbx regions and big airports and 30fps with dips to 27-28fps when in cruise with the NGX or Airbus X Extended.
