Rollout of a Proton-M with the Inmarsat 5-F2 communications satellite which will launch on Sunday at 12:31 UTC:

It will launch DSCVR to L1, it's to study and early warning system for dangerous solar activity,
scheduled liftoff time of 6:10 p.m. EST (2310 GMT), on Sunday 8th of Feb.
It has an instantaneous launch time, so if any delays it will be pushed back till the 9th.

Issue was with radar tracking, which Ai be live is under air force command.
