Another attempt tomorrow if they fix the issue in time.

Issue was with radar tracking, which Ai be live is under air force command.

Delayed until tomorrow night:

NOAA Satellites ✔ @NOAASatellites

#DSCOVR update: Weather unfavorable today, so the next launch attempt will be Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 6:05 pm EST.

Well tracking station is fixed.
Video transmitter on falcon has been replaced (this Wouldn't have stopped the launch the other day)
Weather launch forecast is green
However we are red on upper level wind speed (25000 Ft), currently 100knts. Which is different to launch window (don't really understand that)

It is not looking good for launch. Upper level winds have been constant throughout the day and expected to stay the same throughout the launch window)

Upper level winds at 151%, weather forecast for tomorrow is looking good.
