The Super Strypi rocket maiden flight ends in failure about a minute into first stage flight:

It was carrying a collection of small satellites into orbit as part of the ORS-4 mission for the Department of Defense.

The Super Strypi program is to develop a low-cost, small-satellite launch capability:

Guessing it tore itself to bits given it slowly starts to rotate faster and faster and you can visibly see the back end of the rocket flexing before they cut the video to the CGI one...
