I like how random ships land on planets you are exploring. Some smuggler landed near me whilst i was just doing my own thing on a planet, so i went t have a look. Spoke to the boss on the ship and convinced him i was the guy they were supposed to give a package of loot/money to (technically to take to someone else).

He just gave it to me. No further quest or anything, i just got to keep all the stuff

I don't have a choice re factory as she is stuck with me until I actually return the artifact from about the third mission in.

Yea. I did that. Then killed her and everyone else on board and looted the rest of the ship.

Now you will get some dude randomly popping up in space saying that package is for him and ask for 10K. I had to put maximum power into warp drive and get out of there. Lol

You can rotate the locks, selecting them on the right and then spinning them around. It's usually 2 per ring but I've seen it be 3 a couple of times.

Thanks I'm now a lock picking master I get it now, you can't rush it like I as trying boo. I'm going to unlock all those skills asap.

I'm on lvl 13 after a weekend session, the whole game seems to be assuming you're going to play for at least 200 hours. So far actually enjoying it, there are some UI issues etc and it would be nice to have 90fps rather than 60.

I just blindly follow my mission waypoint, but I was on the 'do a bounty' missions so now I've just done the bounty mission twice, and it still shows as 'get the bounty' on the mission list. Or do I get the bounty as soon as my bullet leaves the guys head? I realised 'this all looks like that other mission' Exact same guy, same planet, I killed him twice just to be sure, I'm owed 2 bounties!

Did my comment touch a nerve? I never saw what was written before it was all removed.

It now seems that Starfield is only 1.17% higher rated than Fallout 76 on Steamdb. Very disappointing showing from Bethesda.

You're talking nonsense, all I've done is backed people like me who are actually enjoying it/own it/had it since pre-release/and hardware~driver compatibility.

I even shared actual proof of performance, something you haven't done nor your trolling minority fanboys?
Just because I'm not dropping spoilers respectfully to newer players doesn't mean I need to justify that I like the game more than I have already stated, kid.

All you've done is wait till the shills/clickbait trolls have released their BS moany content and reposted it frantically daily, to which I and others have rightly shut down, cause we have actually owned it since pre-release and know 99.9% of those videos are sensationalized nonsense.
Maybe in future ask them what car/clothes/food to buy, where to get a partner etc? Seems you're VERY reliant on people you don't know on social media/youtube's opinions vs forming your own/believing actual normal people who own it and would rightly send it packing/get a refund if it sucked.

When you get round to playing the game I would love to know your thoughts on it.

The HD Texture pack covering ground/landscape textures seems to have fixed the shimmering water reflections on the ground, now it's all good:

I also really like this shotgun I stole, big magazine, rapid fire, has a buff with an explosive round chance, fairly quick to reload:

The shotty is awesome, i have it too but haven't modded it yet.

Favourite has to be the Beowulf right now, fully modded i use it as a semi sniper/rifle with semi auto.

a lot of the steam reviews, if you look at the negative ones and look at the hours played its abysmal to even call it a review lol. 20 mins played and its a horrible game, i don't like it .

I am still exclusively using my laser cutter. I wonder when I will switch over to guns?

Maybe when I start the main quest. Won't have to worry about ammo then

The only annoyance with ammo is it costs so much especially in early game. Later on when you get a bunch of money, its less of an issue.

I have a Beowulf but my fave just now is the AA-99 with some mods pre installed I bought from the grumpy weapon seller dude (aren't they all? customer service is poor in the future apparently) on hopetown, cost 27k or so, I'm a starfield baller though!

I really want a great sniper rifle but the AA will do for now.
