Narwhal is what I am using, as others solid all around, upgraded it quiet a bit though, using tier 4 particle weapons, wrecks everything. That said, something to be said for some smaller ships like mantis, everything nice and compact, but still enough.

Does nobody stick with the Frontier? :(

I've sold every other ship I've acquired and been steadily upgrading the old gal - she's pretty darn good tricked out in class C parts :)
 
I've been playing my XBox saves via Geforce Now subscription since Games Pass version is now on it.

However, it seems to utilise the PC games instance as graphic quality fully customisable. No issues with cloud saves.

Plays without issue at 4k on Ultra.

Lots better than direct through Games Pass cloud gaming.

Also got this rifle from one of the Radiant help a Starship quests today.

Base stats are 147 damage + lvl 1 ballistics +10% skill (I'm level 30 on 1st playthrough so haven't been through the unity yet). I can't find reference to this rifle elsewhere yet unless anyone else has it.

I am and have upgraded it into a cargo hauler. Not great at combat still because of this!

I have, added a hab and 2 engines. Mostly balanced but need to unlock grav, reactors and shields.

I've been doing the same but stuck with the A class reactor as i can power all 3 weapons at the same time doing higher damage. Just can't part with her due sleat, slender, all black theme.

Ryujin & Crimson Fleet were probably the best side quests I've done.

Getting a little bored with it now.

For one of the last missions for Ryujin I had to leave the companion behind, they're rubbish at stealth. lol

I can't stand any of the companions at the best of times. I always leave them behind no matter what
 
Finished it this morning, then started what I think is a new game + just to finish up the side quests.
Not too bad, but needs a lot, and I mean, a lot of work to be properly decent.
6/10 as it stands.
As per Beth, the modders will do the heavy lifting, again.
End game ship was meh, so have this for now will and upgrade it a bit..
