Dude, there is still time before Cyberpunk. Go do the ranger quests, then do uc vanguard quests and then the ryujin quests. These are all fun imo.
Curious to know, is that the best order to do them in? I started, well got the ship simulator in the UC vanguard initiation quest line and I'm not enjoying ship combat at all.

Not done the UC one yet so can't say. What I can say is the Ryujin one has more stealth quests, not that it is a must. The Ryujin one has like 12-13 quests where as the ranger one is only like 6 I think.

I would do ranger first to get something nice at the end of it if you are only recently getting started.

OK; I'm still only level 9 (yet to even start the second main quest line mission) but have been to Akila City, so will head over there. Thanks!

*Loading simulator:p

I'm kind of bored of it now. 27.7 hours of play time and feel like I've experienced all the game has to offer in terms of exploration. Land (load) on a moon/planet, scan for structures in the distance, run to structure, encounter Spacers/Scavengers, kill them, no epic loot to take, load off the moon/planet because you can't dramatically manually take off and exit the atmosphere.

Rinse and repeat.

The only reason I'm playing now it feels like is to see what the next update to the texture mods I'm tracking on nexus have to offer
Suuuuuuuuuuure it is.

This game really has its moments. Stood on the balcony of my penthouse looking out over NA, ships coming and going, can see my ship there, can see lakes and rivers in the distance. Can even jump off and boost down with my jet pack if I want. Nice to take a breather before the next quest line. Time flies with this game.

Will fully level shotguns and then maybe it’s time to raise the difficulty, not that hard seems to have improved drops noticeably, but it has made it more fun.

Screenshots or it didn't happen :p

So, was exploring the first planet you come too and found this. Sort of reminded me of Fallout 4 and Skyrim since you always ran into similar things there !

On another note, when I was due to leave said plant later I was 'forced' to follow the main quest instead of exploring the solar system that I was in. Did not quiet like that but guess have to live with it, and maybe see if I can increase the storage area on the ship instead !

Ohh maybe someone can help here. I sort of stumbled over a pirate ship on the ground and captured it. If I register the ship, can I then hire someone to come with me and fly it back for me so I can sell it ?

@TheSwede you have to register it to sell it. I think they did that to stop the easy credits from just stealing a ship. I don't think I've made more than about 2 or 3,000 credit selling one so far, but it's early days.

Edit. Misread, you didn't ask that lol.

Well, you didn't really, since I do intend to sell it. I just thought you had to fly it to a hanger/space station, to be able to sell it and not do it while it still parked on a planet somewhere ?!

Guess that make things easier then ehh ? Can't be to realistic I guess since it is 'just a game' ! :p

Thing is, if they make it any simpler the game will just play itself

Why not have an option that is dumbed down like this when playing on easy or normal and have the hard option be done properly.

Annoying. But oh well. Still loads of fun to be had with what's there.

Anyone explain to me why this Akila City security officer is in her undercackers?

I have played over 50 hours of this so far and barely touched the main quest. Not seen any person in their undies for sure(and I have visited Akila) and honestly not had many bugs either.

Have you been messing around in the console?

Once its captured its part of your home fleet, and then if you register at a spaceport you can sell it. No need to fly it back.

But,if that is not immersive enough for you,you can make it your home ship and fly it back to the spaceport and then sell it. Then your previous home ship will fly off back to base.

I tested this out when I captured an old derelict ship and my previous home ship then flew off back to base.

@TNA Just had a Zero G firefight in this casino:

As I explore more I keep finding these random things.

Yeah. Those are fun. Done it once or twice :D

Yea it's a shame. Even the AI is dumped down compared to Skyrim!

I don't even remember Skyrim AI anymore as it has been so long since I played it. Maybe I should mod and play it again at some point. But too many other games to play before I fancy doing that.

The Fallout 4 AI at times could be really stupid but at other times could do complex flanking maneuvers. I sort of see the same here - they can act dumb, but other times you can see them jumping in low G environments and shooting behind cover.
