Whelp. Premium edition ordered from cdkeys. Guess I'm fully in. I've always been a bit of a sci-fi nerd so this feels right up my alley. I'm also off from Monday 4th right through to Thursday 14th so plenty of time!
I've not used them before, how much of a hassle is it?

At £65 for premium I could bite.

A Bethesda manager says they are playing the game and finished the main story, they say the story took 50 hours and they've also done 80 hours of side quests, in total they've played 130 hours so far and they say they have not finished everything. The person also made an interesting statement, they said: "the real game doesn't start until you've finished the main story"

The person in question is Bethesda's head of publishing

To be honest that's about on par with Fallout 4/76, Skyrim possibly was bigger but don't forget Skyrim has had how many expansions etc where as the version of Starfield that employee will be playing is the "base" game so sounds promising.

I'm definitely going to play it on whatever the most difficult setting is, as I said before I've never found (the combat anyway) Bethesda RPGs that difficult at all so should add depth.

Doom 2016 on Nightmare.... Now that was a challenge.

I use them all the time, keys are delivered instantly most of the time and never had an issue. Collect Koins and use them for discounts though its not much but it adds up over time. Seen the odd few 5% off codes as well if you look around.

Guess i'll take my sweet time with this one then. Looks like it could tie me over till after Christmas, then i can jump on the new cyberpunk DLC.

Another thing I reckon with this is don't put off the main quest too much.

Something I've always done with these games is try to do everything before the main quest line to try and get the most out of the game as possible, but I think it backfired a bit on me doing that, particularly in Fallout 76.

I came into that game late, and what I found is a lot of the more obscure side quests or content from expansions sort of assumed you had reached certain points in the main quest.

So whilst you could still do them, some of them didn't quite make sense, or you reward you with things that were useless because they were dependent on other items only gained from the main quest line, or gave you currency you couldn't yet use etc.
