Yeh, look at Star Citizen, latest estimate is that 3,451,895 people that bought it, have since passed over the rainbow bridge, and will never get to play the full release.

No chance, unless it is crap. I can see myself enjoying for 150-200 hours based on what I have read. I mean at the very least 100 anyway :D

Full disclosure, I got the premium edition because I forgot the game is out on a Friday which I currently don't work.
It's ok to share these things, this is a safe space.

i often find this and then don't end up doing the main quest and give up due to too much exposure, or, i do the main quest and then lose total interest in doing anything more. it's a hard balance to find, though i guess the main thing is to play if it's fun, and give up when it's not, and then just appreciate the fun times whenever they were.

Has anyone else has their Constellation Edition ship from Game (UK) yet?

I presume these will go out Wed/Thurs?

Only shipping option was for next day delivery iirc

Have done a good job of keeping away from any YouTube etc prior to release, will prefer to have a crack at it fresh, although interested to know what type of class or role you can partake in.

Not yet but I did get an email Friday saying they are processing my order and charged my card. More than likely be Thursday as I selected pre 12pm delivery.
