If you go to the store while logged in and click on Steam Deck it’ll tell you the expected delivery date under the one you reserved.

Not really so bad when you consider the first ones aren't even shipping until December.
More like 4 months at best, 6 at worst from the actual launch

its the most anticipated new tech for me this year i went for the 512gb but would be happy with the 256gb version if i got it earlier than the expected delivery time of Q2 2022

i wonder if they will offer customers who went for the 512gb the 256gb if they have stock and can deliver that sooner.

Valve sponsoring OcUK these days? I notice that some of the posts questioning Valve's commitment to their hardware releases (cough Steam Machines cough) have been silently purged from the thread. I expect this one will be too

i think a lot of people will do the same between now and when the device is launched. People will buy other gadgets want other things at christmas and if the delivery date for most of us is Q1 2022 will the hype wear off after december.
