Yeah you probably have a different version

You can only run THE LATEST replays if you have gone onto GPGNET and got the patch (it should auto).

Like I said previously (somewhere) there aren't so many new replays on gamereplays nowadays :S
 
who let this get to the second page, shame on you all.

If you check out the officla SupCom forum they are curretnly several threads geting into hideous detail about keeping a good economy, really going indepth and looking at bonuses and stuff.

The new patch offers you a pre-built set of structures around the initial starting location.

Mass Extractors, Power generators and a land factory.
I haven't experimented with it yet and if you can change them around, but I don't like the given setup.
 
I think the ferry system can be improved quite a bit. For example if you select a group of transports to create a ferry route, they all create their own routes which is pointless. The only way to get around this is to select one transport, make the rest assist it and set the ferry route with this one transport. Works perfectly this way but its annoying as hell having to do it in the middle of a battle.
 
i only ever tend to want to transport to one location anyway so i always leave the other transports assigned to a main one and then just continually use the main one to set the ferry. not ideal obviously.

Supreme Commander Update 3220 Release Notes

* Blue screen crashes: Resolved an issue where some users were experiencing hard crashes after applying the 3189->3217 patch.
* SecuROM: The disc-check security feature has been removed (except for Polish, Russian, and Chinese-Traditional releases).
* Language Updates: Polish Unicode fix for some missions' localization data.
* MP Exploit Enhancement System: The game now verifies that an enhancement order is valid before proceeding.
* Mini UI: Construction manager, Queue manager, and Selection manager now stretch horizontally to fill the bottom of the screen.
* In-Game Chat
* Shift+Enter now sends chat to allies.
* Incoming messages will no longer prevent strategic zoom function or display factional icons.
* Messages should no longer disappear in an active chat window.

Special Note: 8-Player Games: A known issue exists for Update 3220, where some 8-player games experience crashes during gameplay. Initial testing indicates a memory allocation issue. However, stats indicate that 8-player games are approximately .5% of all games being played, so our decision was to release the update with this known issue.

Special Note: SecuROM and Mod Users: If you have modified your game in order to defeat SecuROM disk authentication (or performed any modification, for that matter), it is likely that Update 3220 will cause problems for you. To correct this, you must uninstall Supreme Commander, reinstall and then connect to GPGnet to patch up.

Oh that's awesome from GPG! They really are listening to the customers which is great.
 
Really enjoying this game online. Played a few games on the same team as my mate and its been fun. Im glad to see these patches, nice to know they care about their customers and the game.
 
i am pretty sure you can download it elsewhere. the last patch was available on fileplanet and such after a day or so
 
Some sites have the patch as a download.
Which is thankful as the ports for GPGnet appear to be either blocked or severely limited here in Uni Halls...
