Looks like FoodHub have stopped dishing out the codes in 2020 but it's come to the point where if I don't get a good discount I ain't ordering! 
Same here, just about every week 30% off a takeaway shop the a 25% discount code, amazing!
Yep, i have one code left that il use this evening as it has to be used by midnight, then i wont order again until if/when they give out more codes,
it's for the best as i have a freezer packed full of food to get through from where i have bought stuff from the supermarket then ended up ordering out

For £3.50 i'd give it a go, report back if you try one, even if it's in 2 months time when you get out of Hospital

I also had one for £3 off no minimum spend which I used tonight (plus the usual takeaway's 20% off). I checked the box to have it left on doorstep, only when it arrived I answered the door and there was the delivery guy standing ready to hand it over which I wasn't happy about. Obviously not following instructions. I don't think I'll be getting another takeaway until all this social distancing is over.

How did you get so many codes?
I assume there must be lurkers watching this thread but not posting if they have used a code.
They were sent to spare FoodHub accounts which I registered last year on a catch-all email address to take advantage of one-per-person £5 off vouchers.
Nothing at the minute. UberEats in my area was showing as £0.00 delivery charge for a while but it's gone back up to £3-4. Not like there is much choice on there as it's not proper UberEats, just the shop's own delivery drivers.
@LeeUK around 9pm i had a missed call so i checked the number straight away on google.. it was touch 2 success (Foodhub)
they left a voice msg saying they were checking what i thought of their service/platform and would phone back tomorrow
hopefully they'l chuck me a discount code if i say i much prefer them to Just Eat
