The store is often down for an hour or two after WWDC.

It's normally about an hour afterwards it comes back online, it isn't instant

iOS6 seems kind of boring, not that keen on the loss of Google maps. I would get over it if they preloaded maps on to the phone, kind of sick of waiting for a simple map when apps need to access one for GPS confirms.

Apple main page has updated just an hour or so for the store to come online although it'll probably be really slow until later this evening.

What is that GTX 650 GPU like in the overall scheme of things?

If it's the proper Kepler mobile chip it's pretty good. However, if you're using the new 'Retina' display it's not going to be good for games at native resolution. For anything other than 3D it should be fine.

They are already in stores, well at least in the Toronto store my GF works at. They had the shipment to the store 1 hour before the event and they are unpacking them now to put out in the store
