Xbox live streaming app has been updated and now has the option for Very high quality 1080p/60 streaming for those interested

Just tested the updated streaming app and for me now streaming is messed up no matter what the quality is set too

Was working fine on the previous version.

If anybody is having streaming problems with the xbox app like stuttering ect then make sure your not running EVGA Precision X16 or similar software on you pc i finally found out this was causing my issues with streaming.

Just had my first proper go trying the Windows 10 Xbox steaming. I wasn't expecting it to be too good over the internet but I'm so impressed with it, it really works amazingly well.

I'm more than 100 miles away from the Xbox but after logging into my router and changing a couple of settings I loaded the app on my tablet and it gave me a button to turn on the xbox. It turned it on remotely and I spent the evening streaming Halo on my tablet from the Xbox.

Seems to be very little delay in the controls and the picture and sound quality was pretty good with no drop outs or problems. Really impressive!

Can you run a notebook/PC through the HDMI in port on the Xbox One?

Yes you can pass any hdmi device through it

Anyone seen anything more with regards to the Xbone USB tuner? As is, the current Xbone has three USB ports. If you are going to use it as a Freeview HD PVR, that's going to take up two ports (one for tuner, one for dedicated HDD). That leaves one spare for charging controller and/or another HDD for games. Is it possible they could release a new version of the tuner with a USB port on it to connect the PVR HDD to?

I really dislike how there is no fast resume like on the ps4.

Xbox resumes pretty quick imo ok not as fast of ps4 but its not so bad

Maybe the new dash update will make it ever faster..we will have to see

Is the new update supposed to speed things up? I am new to this XB1 but things seem a bit slow compared to PS4.

Moving around between tiles/menus and accessing things in general.

Cant say i have noticed the issue on mine but then maybe im used to it now

I updated it to the latest version when I got it but it is nothing like the one in the video above.

Are you in the beta preview program if not you wont get the one like in the video until its officially released this month

How do you get preview program then?

You have to ask someone who is in it for a invite just make a post and maybe somebody will invite you but honestly i would wait now its out soon anyway.

Anybody tried the digital 360 games yet if so how do they run ? currently downloading sonic 1/2/3 plus a few others

Very impressed by the 360 backwards compatibility.. the games i have seem to run great Shadow Complex still looks ok for an old game

Since the new dash mine has become painfully slow at turning on and just slow at loading any of the apps, it done this on any else's?

Have you tried clearing the xbox one cache google it may help

How easy is it to upgrade the internal HDD? Mine has been making some weird noises for a while so I might just upgrade it myself.

Why not just buy a external usb 3 hard drive and move your games onto that

There all around the £29 mark now give or take a few pence i would just get it from cdkeys.com i picked two up from them while they where £18 not sure why they have shot up so much in price.
