All seems to be doom & gloom on the net regarding the xbone. Microsoft laying people off and changing strategy, the ppinball fx2 thing, down on sales again to PS4, the whole 1080p60fps issue still going on. Doesn't look good if you were choosing a new console, but doesn't put me off wanting one. Not sure what it is but there's something I really like about the One.

All we here these days is doom & gloom news its best not to take much notice.

Just buy one and enjoy the games you like playing.. there are some great games
coming out for both consoles

New tomb raider game announced as xbox exclusive. (not timed either apparently), lol at the Internet blowing up in hatred at it.

On the first one, wouldn't you want a 7200 rpm hdd for your games?

There wont be a massive difference but if you can go 7200rpm then do so i believe the second one is actually a 7200 rpm drive inside it but cant be sure

Turns out my Harmony remote can control the xbox1?

Yes the xbox 1 works with harmony remote working fine here with my harmony one

Apparently they are working on reducing install times amongst other things

Now downloading the 15GB Halo update..

e: started Halo 1.. it's cool how you can switch between old/new graphics, but apart from that I got fairly bored of it. Maybe as I didn't grow up with an Xbox I don't have the nostalgia for classic Halo. Think I may skip ahead and play through Halo 4.

Does anyone think it's realistic that Microsoft will do a hardware upgrade to future models to make the One AC wifi compatible?

Well apparently they are working on a smaller xbox one processor so i would imagine its possible for them to upgrade to AC at some point.

They did a similar thing with the 360 so you never know

Well i picked up Sunset Overdrive today and Forza Horizons 2 should be delivered tomorrow and that's me all set lol

Are there any other upcoming exclusives? My PS4 will probably be my console of choice for Multi platform games.
