That is just one problem with one user, many many people are reporting smooth performance with 939 chips and x1900's.

Yea, Ive got a 939 4200 and 4GB DDR3200 and a 2900XT and im hoping for the best

He says there his lowest fps drop was with the big daddie and screenshot shows 35 FPS, still perfectly playable.

Play without a FPS monitor and enjoy the game to be honest, I'm sure you won't notice it unless your constantly staring at the FPS read out.

There are quite a few in the past couple of pages, most however are torrents. It should be on usenet now/very soon.

Can't play the 360 demo because it's in for repairs...

I bet it'll run fine on low/medium. 6800's don't like shaders much, so you should try lowering those setting first.

Yeah it's being uploaded now.

Keep track of the progress here .

Though only 2 hours left on my http link so will probably stick with that, if the link dies then no problemo since it'll be on Usenet soon enough anyhow.

I got to 40% of the torrent then quit as it was going dog slow.

I'm just scanning the file but I can already see files which I'd associate with the real version
