Got kinda scared though, like in Condemned.

It does create a hell of an atmosphere which does make you (well, me at least) very tense about moving forward. I applaud the lighting and audio designers, as I feel this is mainly down to those elements.

Play it in DX9 mode the changes with DX10 are very subtle anyway.

I just upgraded my drivers to the latest XP Nvidia ones and the game still runs perfect but didn't really notice any difference. However, there were no problems before and none after so not much to complain about

Am I just being really dumb when looking for this ATI hotfix? I've tried searching the DAMMIT website for 737-29041, "737-29041", Bioshock, everything, can't seem to get a result

Great demo, loved it will probably play through it again, will definately get this game now, ran ok on [email protected] 2gb, x1900xtx @ 1680x1050 on high settings, will do the fraps benchmark.

i found it by going into

Knowledge Base
AMD Customer Care Site Map > Radeon Support - PC > Radeon X1950 series > Knowledgebase > Gaming >

and then clicking through the pages, the seem to be in number order, and finding the right one. d/l'ing now, hope it covers x64 as well. looks big enough.

Erm, they did on my system...

Has to be said though, even at 16x it didn't do much better than at 2x but it slowed it down a whole lot more.

Installed the hotfix, worked perfectly. Probably the most stunning game I've seen to date, will definately buy this.

Just updated the drivers and it's now working

Runs great and from what I've played, awesome game play!
