Just finshed the Demo,

Wow, what a game. Its so different and I like all of the 1950s effects. Very in depth game. Makes me want to play it more and more.

Ran like a dream on my rig @ 1680x1050, see spec. I didnt have fraps running but it was very smooth throughout.

2GB RAM
X1800XL (with hotfix drivers)
Auzentech X-Mystique sound.

Slow and jittery.
Sound stutters badly, hopeing latest drivers will fix.

Anyway with the new drivers:

min 26
avg 76.175
max 291
1280*1024 on full

Its upped the average so these are keepers (assuming it doesn't break other games) Oh and the IQ was better, now getting sparks off the flames (among other things) with these new drivers.

Cancelled 360 pre-order, bought PC version in stead.. Runs a dream on my machine and it feels less scary, since my aim is MUCH faster and better

They are not corrupt. Just unrar as normal and it will work fine.


As for the game, it seems great. Certainly going to have fun with this one! Kinda creepy too! It also runs surprisingly well on my rig at max settings 1280x1024. Only a A64 2.45ghz, 2gb ram, 7800GT, so I was quite impressed.

wow that means nothing

You could have either made it up or just looked at a wall for 10 mins.

I'll wait on some proper benchmarks rather than you trying to trump the 2900xt all the time.
