what OS you using? patched or unpatched? also is your card overclocked? also thats by no means 43FPS constant, usually hovers around the 30FPS mark

my config. change the res at the top to whatever you want. it does have a fairly moderate performance hit compared to other cfg's though
 
Just finished it.

Lame :/

I had to put all settings to low on the final level.. even then it was pretty much unplayable.

The Core level was crud.. yeah it looked good but it was crap.. found myself muttering abuse at Crytek throughout it :P

Liked the carrier mission though.. apart from the last 2 "bosses".. also crappy bug where you cant go back to pickup the TAC launcher..

oh yeah and why o why can't they keep away from the hollywood crap? "im a marine son" .. "we're not leaving this ship.. we'll stay and fight" comon where have we heard that crap from before :( Weird... especially since the CEO etc is European.. seems like they cant make a game anymore without the US Military.. bah.. still, the english guy was good :)

Crysis 2 is gonna suck with that ending!

Definitely looks crispier and more cinematic but kills framerate even more.
 
Just finished the game, i enjoyed it!

plot was simple, it allows for a sequel, which is bound to happen!

the only annoyance for me was the 2 weapon limit, (3 would have been much more useful in the last 3 chapters)

i must say though, the first half of the game was considerably more visualy appealing. it looks like they just gave up and finished it off quickly! still great fun though.

Hey guys, anyone running this on a HD 3850? little disappointed with the performance games like BF2142 & Bioshock run 60 - 90 FPS in 1600x1200 yet Crysis seems to be getting very choppy for me even at 1024x768 medium settings, below 15 - 25fps a lot of the time around 18... Got the latest drivers etc..

Running with a X2 4000+ 2GB ram.
 
FFS, I'm still stuck on the core level! I can't get out the stupid thing.

anyone got any save game files they don't mind sending me? just up to the end of the core level or the start of the next level.
