He's already lost his arse on it along with the banks, hence the "doing it for the humans" spiel. But i guess there's a chance of pulling it off but it's a very tight line they've got to walk otherwise they'll open themselves to competition if they start losing users.

I wouldn't be surprised if Musk dumps it within a few years though.

Twitter didn't use to moderate its content but the problem is there will always be people out there that want to be able to say anything they like. It got so toxic, with events like gamergate spilling on to the platform, people getting doxed, threatened with rape and huge pile-ons that Twitter was forced to act and more heavily moderate connect. You only have to see what the likes of 4chan/8chan, Rumble, Gab and Parlor are like where there is none to very limited moderation. Most people don't want to be in that environment so they leave and it just becomes a hellhole. Its like walking into that pub that is full of knuckle draggers where there is several fights every Friday and Saturday night, you are going to very quickly leave unless you like that kind of environment.

These are really confusing posts.

The people that were banned and that people like the above want back are trump, Kanye, Katie whatsherface and others that posted hate filled intolerant things. Yet any change will be better?

Any chance of clearing that up. Do you want these people that spew hate and intolerance or not? Or just only your own type of hate spewed nonsense?

Every word Biden says isn't being reported, there's generally far less interest on what he says, he's essentially just been a talking head for the Democrat regime rather than an actual President; i.e. he's President but he's only really "present", he's just being kept briefed on what he should know. He is saying less "mad" things because his opinions are carefully curated, I don't know what his personal opinion is on many things, he's often ushered away from Q&A sessions as well. There is no chance he runs for President in 2024. He won't be remembered for basically anything, there's no vision or drive or unique ideas.

I have a friend who has fallen well and truely down the rabbit hole. She posted yesterday he felt awful with hot and cold shivers and aches all over and her "new friends" from all over the world agreed with her that it was either the chem trails as they had been really bad and giving massive doses over the UK in the last few days or its all the idiots getting their covid and flu jabs and they are "shedding" and she must have come into close contact with one of them recently.

I actually prefer leaders that aren't shoving themselves down our throats every hour and think before they open their mouths/tweet.

He'll be remembered for beating Trump and uniting the West to save Ukraine, pretty much the opposite of Trump.
 
Seems very likely to me that the governments ludicrously anti-liberty online safety bill could actually see the light of day if Twitter becomes even more depraved than it is, so that will be cool... not.
