well with the £8 verified accounts still out there its a real question. Ed Markey is a sitting senator for Massachusetts who sits on the Senate Space and Science subcommittee, maybe not the guy to start insulting, not that insulting any member of Congress for asking a question is the best idea. He really does appear to have a god complex.

He jumped on this story as well. Reading down the comments its full of all kinds of CT, like Samuel Bankman-Fried was part of a child pedo ring serving children up to Democrats

Musk is now proposing some way of actually knowing if an account is associated with a compnay or organisation....

I mean it's such a new and innovative idea I'm surprised no one at twitter thought of it years ago, it took the huge brain of the sacred Musk only a week or so to figure this out, he's a genius!

At this point it feels like his staff are frantically coming up with "ideas" just to be able to say they have done something and please elon

I can imagine a situation where Elon is at the head of the table and saying "I WANT NEW IDEAS AND I WANT THEM NOW." and staff are just creating any old rubbish to keep their job without any care of how good it is, and the ones that take too long that create something decent, are the ones to go

It seems the world is better without Twitter.

The world would be a better place without stupid people m, twitter is only awash with crazy conspiracy theories because people are dumb enough to believe. Social media just amplifies what ever is already washing around in society sadly while giving voice to some worthy causes and individuals it has sadly given a platform for the power hungry to preach to the terminally dumb.

Musk has so far done nothing but embarrass himself, I don’t doubt he is a clever guy but his take over of twitter doesn’t seem to be going so well so far!
