Just give them a different colour if you pay, make people have to use a government ID and actually verify the ID. Problem solved.

So you think you can just turn up at a polling station and vote without being registered and having to prove who you are at any point? And there is no Federal voting rules as each state sets the rules so they vary from state to state.
Don't call it verified then, just call it Paid and give them a different colour so everyone knows they aren't verified. I mean the word is meant to mean something or at least it should, then the **** show that happened a couple of weeks ago wouldn't have happened.
