Oh boy, I glad I popped in when I did. That is pretty daming. 18-21 is interesting in that it confirms what many thought
22 is the one that I personally find troubling.. Doxxing is against their T&Cs and yet they happily let that one stay up, a bit malevolent.
Depends if the user is notified or not.
Hopefully they will now:

And I would say that transparency is probably the best we can hope for..

it’s not particularly surprising that people whose entire popularity and livelihoods rely upon peddling misinformation to people who are not intellectually equipped to recognise it, are all frothy over the contents of the files so far, while to everyone else, all that’s being uncovered are totally reasonable moderation practices against misinformation.
I prefer the 'context' or 'fact checking' mechanisms to help with this, rather than "we are saving stupid people from themselves".. especially when there are enough instances where the intellectual superiority of those determining what is/isn't misinformation would make good case studies for Dunning Kruger...

Fair play to Musk and Twitter if it gets implemented :)

It's not a shadowban if you know you've been banned, it's just a ban.

True but that would suggest the (possible) end of shadow banning if users area alerted to it or to any form of limited coverage of a users account; guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Doesn't surprise me they have to flag accounts in that way though, it's like big streamers have their gaming accounts flagged so they can't be mass reported and banned.

Just your seemingly bog standard inconsistent tech company treating people different randomly much like how two people on YouTube can break the same rule but one gets perma'd and other gets a small holiday.

Well I mean, would you expect Barack Obamas account to just be banned by a random moderator in the same way mine or your account would be banned? Obviously there needs to be oversight with large accounts, Libs of Tik-tok probably gets hundreds of reports per day, so there's a warning that it shouldn't be banned without consulting a supervisor, it's pretty basic. It doesn't mean they aren't subject to the rules and can't be banned.

About right.

And google have been doing it for years.
The difference is from the pictures I've seen is that Twitter has actual full bedrooms, at the other tech companies they have semi private sleep pods in the office area or curtained off rooms. Those probably pass buildings codes and twitters doesn't

San Francisco a dump littered with homeless people abusing drugs but they're worried about a few people sleeping in beds in an office lmao

What has Biden got to do with this? We were talking about Congress under Trump presidency.

You claim to live in the country but then say things like that. The Executive Branch doesn't pass legislation (laws), it implements and enforces the legislation passed by Congress.

This if miles off topic anyway but when someone who has only travelled to America knows more about how its government works than someone who claims to be a citizen its got to be a concern.

Again.
You do know is the house that gave the go ahead for the cash?
What's that...you never....

And biden is in charge of the looney left.
Like today some of the loony left want to close prisons.

And when trump was in. Nancy and the bunch of fools spent millions of my tax dollars on stupid court cases they lost.
When biden was in she spent even more.

Like she got tax payers money for the golf club in her district.
But didn't think about the homeless. The list is way to big on how United States House of Representatives affected normal people.

Theres these things called laws and regulations. He may have done it right and they might say it is fine after inspection.

I mean Im fairly sure an intelligent gazillionaire would have checked the rules and stuff before just ... Oh yeah I forgot.

People are living on the streets in tents, is the city enforcing the rules on those people as fervently?
